FINALLY! Our weekend trip to Providence, RI and Boston, MA is complete! What's so funny is not until the week we were leaving did we know that we had all this family just out there, somewhere... And to think of all the time that has lapsed that we could have known them all along and such! :-( It was great learning about all the family genology and the backgrounds of the various family members. We do hope to stay in touch! It was a great experience for Charles and Myself as well as Ryan, the little bit Daniel was there for and Dad and Jodi.

This is the original Cheers off Beacon Street. We ate at a make-shift Cheers but they're owned by the same people.
LOOK!!!!
in the open area of the market, and on our way to Cheers, there was this lady (Yes we had a debate over if it was indeed a woman or a man...) who was striking a post and holding it until someone put money in her basket and then she would move and freeze again. Very interesting! You must turn your head to see it...Sorry!
We took the ferry from Providence, RI to Newport, RI. It was about an hour ride one way and boy was it COLD! It was a lot of fun though!!! The pictures are before, during, and in Newport, exploring...
In Newport, RI we ate at Brick Alley. It was good. The BEST was ---------------> It is Reeses Pieces Chocolate Dessert and boy was it GOOD!!!! It had vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, Reeses Pieces Chocolate Chip with Graham Cracker Crust... YUM YUM!!! My mouth is watering as I type this just thinking about it!! DELICIOUS! Yeah, and it was HUGE.
This is a gas station in Newport, RI that it LITERALLY in the middle of the street!!! WEIRD! Totally crazy!
Charles did not know or expect my camera to flash twice (the second brighter then the first) and hence this hilarious expression on his face! So, the more we took we were able to "prefect" it! :-)
My view from our plane window as we were heading back home. The clouds look like amazingly beautiful!!!
Ran out of room so down below is the house that my dad's cousin, David owns. It is the oldest Farm in the state of Rhode Island! It was so neat walking through and the work that they've done to keep it within the same time period. All the "little" details like the back door has hand made nails hammered in and on the back you can see how they are bent over... It was amazing!
